Helping people has always been at the heart of who I am, which is why senior housing placement feels like more than just a career—it’s my calling.
But my path to this work wasn’t a straight line. I originally pursued finance and accounting in school, despite my mother’s constant reminders: “You are not an accountant! You need to work with people and make a difference.” As it turns out, she was right.
After six years, I knew I needed a change. I wanted a career where I could truly make an impact. That led me to home health marketing, where I spent two years connecting families with essential care. But I wanted to do more work directly with families, guide them through the complexities of senior living, and help them make the best decisions for their loved ones.
In 2018, I took the leap into senior housing placements, and from the moment I helped my first family, I knew I had found my true purpose. I love every aspect of what I do. From the first phone call, where I learn about a family’s unique needs, to carefully researching and touring communities with them. Helping families navigate this transition isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion. I look forward to assisting your family in the greater Austin area and helping you find the perfect home for your loved one.

A graduate of Baylor University with a degree in real estate, Mr. Stanley began his career specializing in real estate investment and business development. However, after a decade of pursuing those interests, a family situation caused him to change course and look at ways to serve the seniors who weren’t given the tools and assistance needed to deal with their disfunction. Indeed, the scenario hit close to home, spurred by what he observed with a family member who wasn’t being cared for properly due to a lack of resources available to him, his relatives and others in similar situations.
